Support Groups
Grief is an ongoing process; after the death of someone we love, we don't "move on". Rather, we learn how to integrate our grief into our lives so we can move forward. Some find connecting with people helpful. I find great value in the grief communities I belong to personally; there's something about being with others who walk the same or similar path. Research claims that group involvement can help ease grieving.
